ONE TIME Cement Add can be used across waterproofing, plaster and concrete applications. Follow the recommended material quantities and application process for the work being carried out.
Waterproofing
Create a brush-applied cement coating for waterproofing surfaces and areas exposed to moisture.
- 1 Mug ONE TIME Cement Add
- ½ Mug Water
- 2 Mugs Cement

Surface Preparation
Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove dust, dirt, loose particles, oil and old damaged material. The surface should be reasonably clean and sound before application.
Prepare Mixture
Take 2 mugs of cement, 1 mug of ONE TIME Cement Add and ½ mug of water. Mix properly until the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.
Mix Well
Continue mixing until there are no lumps and the mixture reaches a brushable coating consistency.
Apply First Coat
Apply the mixture evenly using a brush. Cover the complete surface and pay special attention to corners, joints, cracks and leakage-prone areas.
Additional Coat if Required
Allow the first coat to set before applying another coat. Additional coating can be used for better coverage according to the product and application requirement.
Plaster
Use ONE TIME Cement Add in plaster applications for internal, external, repair and wall levelling work.
- 250 ml ONE TIME Cement Add
- 1 Bag Cement
- Water as Required
Prepare Surface
Remove loose plaster, dust, dirt and weak material from the wall. Clean the surface thoroughly and repair major cracks or damaged areas if necessary.
Measure Additive
Measure 250 ml of ONE TIME Cement Add for every 1 bag of cement.
Prepare Cement Mixture
Mix cement with the other plaster materials according to the normal plaster mix or specified mix design. Add the measured ONE TIME Cement Add.
Add Water Gradually
Add water gradually as required until the mixture reaches a workable consistency suitable for plaster application.
Apply Plaster
Apply the plaster evenly over the prepared surface. Maintain the required thickness and ensure proper levelling.
Finish & Cure
Finish the surface properly and follow appropriate curing practices to support the desired performance of the plaster.
Concrete
Add ONE TIME Cement Add to concrete mixes used for slabs, beams, columns, foundations and RCC work.

Prepare Materials
Keep cement, sand, aggregate, water and ONE TIME Cement Add ready before starting the concrete mixing process.
Measure Additive
Measure 100 ml of ONE TIME Cement Add for every 1 bag of cement.
Prepare Concrete Mix
Prepare cement, sand and aggregate according to the required concrete mix design. Add 100 ml of ONE TIME Cement Add.
Add Water Carefully
Add water according to the concrete mix design. Avoid excess water because it can affect the required concrete performance.
Mix Thoroughly
Mix the concrete thoroughly so the additive is distributed evenly throughout the mixture.
Place Concrete
Place the prepared concrete for slabs, beams, columns, foundations or other RCC applications as required.
Compact & Finish
Properly compact the concrete to help remove air voids and finish the surface according to the construction requirement.
Proper Curing
Follow standard curing practices appropriate for the concrete work to support strength and durability.
